How long will it take to get my order shipped out?
Order processing and handling may take up to 1-2 business days exclude weekend and legal holiday.
Personalized items may take up to 15-30 days from the date of purchase for delivery.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the shipping address for you. Just send us a message with your order number and the correct address to email@example.com

I live in another country. Where can I purchase Ask Echo products?
Currently our products are only sold on this official website and Amazon store. If you live in Canada, you may transfer to our Amazon store to purchase. If you live in a different country, I'm sorry we don't ship to oversea.
How long will it take to get my orders?
We ship your order with Fulfilled by Amazon Service:
– Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days
– Expedited Shipping usually takes 2–4 business days (Mo-Fr)
– We offer 2 Day delivery service as well, the default shipment is every Mon, Wed and Fri.
For personalized orders:
– Standard shipping: 15 to 30 business days (Mo-Fr)
Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently don't ship our products to international addresses through our website.
Do you ship to PO Box or APO address?
Sorry, we do not. Because we ship with FedEx or UPS, we are unable to deliver parcel to a P.O. Box or APO address.
What can I do if I can't find my package?
If you have not received your package and you have a tracking number that indicates your package has been delivered, or if there is no any logistic updates in 48 hrs after parcel be shipped out, please follow these steps within 48 hours and we'll be happy to help you locate your package or send you a new one.

How can I setup a return for my ASK ECHO order?
We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.This refund does not include the cost of shipping. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, with labels and tags attached. Golf bags must be returned in unused condition unless defective.
Due to their custom nature,personalized / customized golf bags may not be returned.
PRODUCT DEFECTS / MISREPRESENTATION
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com.
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
If we deliver the wrong item to you, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to send back the incorrect order and send back out the correct item, completely at our expense.
If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, you may ship the item back to us at your costs in new and unused condition and we will replace it with the correct items by free shipping.
