How long does it take to get my order?
We ship your order with Fulfilled by Amazon Service:
– Expedited Shipping usually takes 2–3 business days (Mo-Fr)
For personalized orders:
– Standard shipping: 15 to 30 business days (Mo-Fr)
I entered the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
As long as your order has not yet been shipped, we can easily change the shipping address for you. Just send us a message with your order number and the correct address to support@askechogolf.com
How can I check on the status of my online order?
Online order statuses can be viewed in the Order History section within your Account. You can also reference the provided tracking code once your order has shipped. For further assistance, please contact customer service email support@askechogolf.com
What payment methods does ASK ECHO accept?
We accept pay by Credit Card and PayPal, more payment methods will be opened soon.
How can I setup a return for my ASK ECHO order?
We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchased, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product price.This refund does not include the cost of shipping. All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, with labels and tags attached. Please contact ASK ECHO customer service email at support@askechogolf.com for further instructions.
REFUND REQUIREMENTS
Golf bags must be returned in unused condition unless defective.
Due to their custom nature,personalized / customized golf bags may not be returned.
PRODUCT DEFECTS / MISREPRESENTATION
If the return is due to a product misrepresentation or product defect, please contact our Customer Service at support@askechogolf.com.
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED
If we deliver the wrong item to you, please contact our Customer Service at support@askechogolf.com to send back the incorrect order and send back out the correct item, completely at our expense.
EXCHANGE
If you purchase an item that does not fit you correctly, you may ship the item back to us at your costs in new and unused condition and we will replace it with the correct items by free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not currently ship our products to international addresses through our website.
